Training Recommendations for Our Challenges
If you're interested in our Skydive Challenge, no prior training is required—just bring your excitement and courage!
For the Lisbon Music Marathon, we strongly recommend starting your training as soon as you sign up. Running 42km non-stop requires preparation, so building endurance early will set you up for success.
For all our other challenges, we advise beginning your training 16–18 weeks before the event. If this isn’t possible, regular walks on varying terrain—different surfaces, inclines, and elevations—can help. It’s also beneficial to practice walking with the backpack and boots you'll use on the challenge to get accustomed to the weight and fit.
There’s no strict exercise routine to follow, as training needs vary from person to person. However, incorporating squats and step-up exercises (such as using a stair master at the gym) can help build leg strength and endurance.
By preparing in advance, you'll feel more confident and ready to take on the challenge!
